Only on Sunday she was snapped out on a date night with Urban, her hair looking dull and dark and tied up at the back of her neck.

Yesterday she was a guest at the lunch at the Four Seasons hotel in Beverly Hills, which was held to present funds and grants to film schools and non-profit organizations.

More than $1million was given out in grants to more than 41 organizations, with Nicole accepting funding on behalf of The Film Foundation.
