Nicole Richie arriving for her appearance on the Late Show with David Letterman, on February 15, where she announced she and Joel have gotten engaged.Along with her brand new engagement ring sparkler, Nicole showed off her curves in a clingy Herve Leger zip-front dress but covered up from the cold in a chic black coat.
