Her necklace is the diamond Anita & Ko Panther necklace she's been seeing wearing a few times - it costs £5680.00 at net-a-porter.com. The most similar style I could find, which doesn't totally break the bank, is Noir's $160.00 Panther Head ring which you could slip on to a necklace for Nicky's look; a copy of the necklace is probably in the works somewhere though.
